Home and Store Delivery is free from €50 (4–6 business days).
Accessories have a delivery cost of €6.90 and cannot be returned.
Returns are free for 30 days, except for accessories.

In addition, for orders placed between 24 November and 10 December 2025, the return period is extended until 10 January 2026.

Delivery times indicated are for orders placed M-F before 10:59 AM; after that time, the period begins the next business day. During sales or Christmas periods, the delivery time may be longer than usual.

You can check the tracking of your order at any time in the “Orders” section of your user account.

If you have purchased as a guest, you will receive an email from the logistics company in charge of your order with a link so you can know the delivery status of your order.
